Core business
INCERT has been founded in 2012 by the State of Luxembourg and the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce.
We are a public agency providing products and services based on knowledge and experience acquired in cryptography, PKI, eTravel documents, cyber security and artificial intelligence.
Our highly skilled team of security professionals and our management organization allow us to deliver the higher level of quality of services to all of our collaborations, with public and private sectors.
As a center of expertise, we are representing the State of Luxembourg in international organizations like ICAO, ISO, European commission driving us always at the top of the trends and technologies.
INCERT has the capability to design IT infrastructures combining innovative technologies with proven ones. INCERT’s role is also to advise on the best practices to make possible a secure use of emerging technologies used within the era of Internet of Everything (IoT, Connected cars, Biometry for examples).
