BK-Factory designs, develops and commercializes an energy saving system (BlueKit®) for the ventilation, heat extraction, natural cooling and smoke extraction of lift shafts and machine rooms.

With the installation of a BlueKit®, the mandatory smoke extraction and ventilation of lift shafts are managed in a way that keeps heating energy losses to a bare minimum. At the same time, the ventilation of the lift shaft remains guaranteed in case of a breakdown and during maintenance work. The BlueKit® combines separately functioning technologies for an easy application within the building envelope: ventilation, heat extraction, natural cooling and smoke extraction.
